Lim Gaik Bee is the Chief Corporate Consultant and Senior Principal Facilitator and was with Dell Malaysia for 17 years in Human Resources as Learning and Organization Development Manager.
She was certified as a Train-the Trainer for Dell’s Leadership program and was the Project Manager for Accelerated Development Program for Top Key Talent in Asia Pacific and an expert in on-boarding of new employees.
She is certified Trainer for the Human Resource Development Fund training program, Dimensional Development International (DDI) and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step I & Step II.
She holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University Science Malaysia.
She represented Dell as Corporate Advisor for Young Enterprise project organized by Penang State government.
